The Facilities Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day facilities services across the company's portfolio, ensuring the effective delivery of hard and soft services including fire services, HVAC, electrical, general maintenance, and building compliance.
This role focuses on maintaining high standards of facility operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and service level agreements.
The role includes providing flexible support to the Facilities and Contracts Manager and across the facilities management function during periods of high activity.
