About the role

 

We are looking for an Injury Management Advisor with strong client relationship management and injury management experience who is keen to help us deliver our workplace medical services. 

 

The Injury Management Advisor is responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of Injurynet's workplace medical service programs for our clients by:

  • Maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular communication
  • Providing program support to clients, including relationship management, contract management, issue/complaint management, reporting and review meetings
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, tracking and monitoring program outcomes and performance with a focus on client retention
  • Managing the implementation of new clients to ensure that the systems, processes and resources are in place to deliver quality services in a timely manner
  • Providing injury management advice to employers, injured workers and health care professionals, as required
  • Managing enquiries and resolving issues from clients, employees, and healthcare practices about any program issues
  • Continuously improving service and program delivery for clients

About you

  • You have experience as an occupational rehabilitation provider, injury management advisor or insurance professional
  • You have proven your success in managing a portfolio of customers, stakeholders or relationships

  • You are self-motivated and pro-active with a can-do attitude
