Introduction

 

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role ensuring deliverables are met across multiple operational programs based in our Eight Mile Plains office. The position will involve the coordination and completion of projects on time, including working with stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met and the projects are completed.

 

The opportunity

 

  • Lend your expertise to the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans
  • Manage multiple projects and program governance, with a focus in particular to Information Technology type projects
  • Communicate with the Executive team on status of projects and reporting updates
  • Utilise your experience to anticipate risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate any risks
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, oversee phases of project completion and provide clear direction and support to cross functional teams

 

About you

  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, who wants to play a key role in further developing our business
  • A person who has a genuine approach to dealing with colleagues and key stakeholders to create a collaborative approach across different teams
  • You will be a driver and champion of change
  • Experience in partnering with key business owners to define success metrics and criteria and conduct post implementation reviews
  • Extensive experience in change/project management with demonstrated success as a Project Manager in leading and managing significant business transformation projects
