This role will see you identifying and securing new business opportunities that grow Workplace Health Services across our MAX Health Business. As the Primary contact for inbound leads, the Business Development Manager triages and manages all enquiries to maximise business outcomes.

Foster and maintain new and existing business relationships through proactive engagement and rapport development
Generate new business or enhance current services for clients
Triage new business opportunities in Workplace Health Services
Support tender bids by identifying opportunities that are the right fit for the business
Transition new clients through the onboarding process
Manage administration of CRM relating to client engagement and status of leads and opportunities
Providing specialist / technical leadership and support to the team and stakeholders
Overnight and interstate travel may be required to fulfil the requirement of this role
Proven Business development experience in Workplace Health and Safety or alike industries
Ability to identify and analyse new business opportunities. Able to apply knowledge in a practical and commercial manner
Passionate about providing high quality services
A strong communicator both verbally and written. Adaptable and influential communication style
Be a driven, supportive and community minded person who wants to play a key role in supporting the business and teams.
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
A relevant Tertiary Qualification
