The opportunity

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers for the purpose of Practical Placements for students in vocational education and training (VET).
  • Engage and maintain relationships with students to assess their eligibility under traineeship throughout training delivery
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure continuing pipeline
  • Meet with students with the 4 weeks of the course commencement to understand any specific needs or barriers in finding placement.
  • Work within all stakeholders internal and external to meet customer needs

 

 About you

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role position within the training industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training programs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to establish positive organisational relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Professional Suite)
  • Competent knowledge of ASQA/SNR Compliance and regulations (Desired)
