Come join the MAX Team in Mirrabooka and help change our customers lives for the better.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting students through their journey, through all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.

You will be taking enquiries from potentials students and referral agencies, processing of enrolments, processing enrolment amendments and completions.  

 

What we're looking for?

  • Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role

  • Ideally experience using Student and Learning Management Systems

  • A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand

  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Card is required.
