About the opportunity 

 

Step into a rewarding leadership role and play a pivotal role in MAX Solutions technology environment. 

 

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction, establishing a clear vision for infrastructure services that aligns with business needs and IT strategy, leading a skilled team to success.
  • Develop and foster strong business relationships and collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.  
  • Develop, configure, maintain, support, and optimise all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.  
  • Responsible for cloud, data centre, security systems, telephony and other electronic infrastructure.  
  • Manage service risks and security requirements, escalating issues as necessary and developing tactical and strategic remediation plans.

 

About you 

 

  • Proactive and hands-on leader with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and deliver solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional customer-centric focus.
  • Demonstrated technical and managerial experience in a complex Infrastructure or Technology environment – exceptional knowledge of service delivery as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
  • Degree in Management, business, Information Technology or relevant field.
  • ITIL Qualifications.
  • ITSM System/Ticket management experience (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualisation, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery 
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
