The opportunity

• Manage, support and motivate your teams to meet and exceed monthly kpi's
• Develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
• Promote and foster strong relationships and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice
• Review operational plans for successful outcomes

Would this describe you?

• Previous exposure to working within Employment Services 
• High level of interpersonal skills and organisation skills
• Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
• Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
• Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
• Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check and a mygovid
