Activity Management Field Officer - WFA

Introduction
Support our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities to meet mandatory Activity Requirements.
This could include community based work to gain new experience supporting not for profit organisations, volunteer work and certain study opportunities.
Your ability to guide, communicate and support customers will be highly regarded as you foster positive relationships.
- Foster and develop strong relationships that lead to quality activities that meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely and collaboratively with MAX operational sites, other jobactive Providers and establish community networks and projects that deliver the program objectives
- Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and agreements appropriate to self-sourced activities
- Identify potential host organisations that can offer Individual/ group placements that meet the demands of the region
About You
- High level interpersonal and organisational skills with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships with Employers/ Community Groups
- Mature attitude
- Problem solver
- Work autonomously
- Outcome focused and resilient, can-do attitude
- Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
- Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Key Skills
- Ability to quickly build effective and positive working relationships with various stakeholders
- Highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers
- Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of risk management approaches
Required Experience
- Experience in a similar role and/or in business development and account management
- Highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers
- Excellent administration skills
