Responsibilities

Participant Support Officer - Eight Mile Plains, QLD

 

Be part of the team at MAX and support people on their learning journey. 

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! 

 

You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. 

  • Support referrals and their transition into the Program
  • Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals

The Opportunity:

  • Actively support referrals into the SEE program
  • Conduct sessions to establish goals and provide support
  • Build trust and rapport with students attending the program 

About you:

  • Ability to work with diverse participants 
  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers, to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • Excellent administration skills to manage student records
