Overview

 

Pre-Employment Coach - 6 month contract

Sunshine Coast Qld - Based in Maroochydore

 

 

The Pre-Employment Coach's role is to foster positive relationships with host organisations, job seekers, Workforce Australia providers and other relevant stakeholders.


This role includes, but is not limited to;

  • completing activity assessments
  • liaising with Workforce Australia providers 
  • screening and preparing customers for the program in which they will be participating in

  • Interview and screen customers for suitability for the program
  • Monitor customer attendance
  • Foster and develop strong relationships that lead to positive program outcomes
  • Work closely with and collaboratively with MAX operational sites and other Workforce Australia job providers
  • Undertake, review and update risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for the activity
  • Timely and appropriate management, investigation and reporting of incidents as per relevant guidelines
  • Review customer progress as part of the program
  • Coordinate and monitor effectiveness of support
  • Ensure all KPI’s are met including targets, outcomes, claims and all service requirements
  • Ensure that customer file case notes and all other documentation are relevant, and in line with the minimum contractual standards
  • Conduct administrative activities consistent with Employment Services contractual and legislative requirements, and MAX Employment philosophy and quality standards
  • Identify and act on employment opportunities for customers through liaison and negotiation once the program is completed
