In short, this role is about developing and managing stakeholder relationships with the goal of increasing enrolments across the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) Program.

This program is funded by the Australian Government and offers English Language, Literacy and Numeracy Training.

What’s involved:

• Stakeholder management with internal and external agencies
• Implement and deliver on Sales Pipeline
• Convert both cold and warm leads into student referrals and enrolments
• Lead generation to create opportunities
• Ability to travel locally, regionally and from time-to-time interstate advantageous
• Championing MAX Solutions RTO as their training company of choice

About You:

• Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a Sales role
• Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome
• Excellent communication skills
• Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timeframes
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
