MAX Solutions is a leader in Australia providing Human Services and is part of the Global Maximus business. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your HRIS experience and analytical skills to deliver services that make positive changes to people’s lives.


You will be a key member of the HR Operations Team responsible for HR Systems Management and HR Data Reporting and Analysis to enable data driven decision making. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels and support the HR function with ongoing system enhancements and processes.   


Location: You can be based anywhere in Australia.


The opportunity

  • Analyse, maintain and improve processes and systems to resolve HR operational and compliance issues
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting ensuring data accuracy
  • Analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends and inform business decisions
  • Design and develop analytical metrics and dashboards
  • Establish and maintain performance cycles in the HR system

About you

  • Great communication skills with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Demonstrated ability to review business processes and promote change
  • Previous experience in a technical HRIS role including building customised reporting, process engineering and mapping
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HR processes, LMS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Payroll systems
  • Experience with Aurion, CSOD and SQL an advantage but not essential
