The role of an Outcome Tracker is to obtain evidence (payslips) to support employment.


You will also liaise with operational staff and management to pre-empt the need for any intervention, or assistance, to ensure that once our customers have commenced into paid work they are given every opportunity to continue earning an income.


The key to success is by working with your customers and employers, building relationships with them and gaining trust.

About you

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Customer service guru 
  • Solutions focused 
  • People person that works well in a team environment
  • Industry experience advantageous
  • Hold a current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card or willing to obtain one.
