This temporary full time role until 30 June 2022, based in Eight Mile Plains in our Client Service Team. In this team you will be integral to a team that provides support and assistance to MAX customers.

  • Be able to provide the right information, tools and advice to support people
  • Deal with a range of enquires creating variety in your day

About you

  • Have strong customer service experience with a solution focused approach
  • Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and provide advice and required information
  • Use your ability to talk to a range of people to build trust and rapport with our customers
  • A team player who has initiative, has a can-do attitude and strong organisational ability
  • You are a natural at customer service with both internal and external customers
  • Be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving results
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card
