As an Employer Facing Placement Consultant your role is to source employment opportunities by using your combined customer service and influencing skills to build mutually rewarding relationships with local employers.

  • Influencing skills and the ability to be solutions focussed / have a positive mindset
  • Self Confident and motivated
  • Ability to overcome objectives
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Current driver licence
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card
