We are seeking someone to who is passionate about managing and growing our employer and community partners on a National level, so if you are committed and ready for a challenge, great things are within your reach. 

 

Overview

This role is responsible for targeting, developing and managing new and existing strategic relationships with national employers, community organisations in order to build real partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our job-seeking customers. Enabling successful employment service programme delivery by achieving agreed objectives in line with employer specific, and wider business plans.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain robust senior/board level relationships with national employers to ensure agreed levels of appropriate opportunities for MAX Employment and other specialist partners are achieved
  • Identify new potential areas of growth within national employers, where necessary working with the Employer Engagement team to achieve success
  • To develop and maintain robust senior/board level relationships with national community organisations to ensure agreed levels of appropriate opportunities for MAX Employment and other specialist partners are achieved
  • Enable the Partnership Managers within our Employer Business Centres to maximise opportunities within a set geographical area to meet and exceed their job entry targets
  • Work with national employer partners to provide support around their overall CSR agenda

 

About You

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles
  • Experience in managing complex and diverse partnerships
  • Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
  • Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care
  • Exceptional organisational skills

Required Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Significant experience of delivering successful plans to agreed timescales
  • Demonstrable experience of managing complex national customer relationships
  • Experience in maintaining long term, senior level, multi stakeholder relationships with employer partners
