To manage, and develop relationships with employers (either State based or National employers as identified by the National Partnership Manager and directed by the EBC Manager) in order to build real partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our job-seeking customers. Enabling successful employment service programme delivery by achieving agreed objectives in line with employer specific, and wider business plans.
To target, and engage prospect employers within a defined sector(s)/geography, to identify new business opportunities for Max Employment. To develop new relationships to a point where and if appropriate they can be passed over to a National Partnership Manager in order to manage and develop a long-term employer partnership.
