About the opportunity

  • Provide exceptional consulting and advisory support to the business and hiring managers, sharing your in-depth knowledge and capabilities in recruitment
  • Proactively establish relationships with key stakeholders and truly partner with the business to provide strategic insights and recommendations on best practice
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; from requisition approval to sourcing and attracting, ensuring our candidates have an exceptional experience throughout
  • A strong focus on attracting and sourcing the best talent whilst driving diversity and inclusion across our organisation

About you

  • Must have end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment
  • Ability to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships with a consultative approach
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess excellent time management and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Have a positive attitude with a drive to make a difference
  • Ability to work autonomously with a team focus
  • Able to provide superior recruitment service to all involved in the recruitment process
