Project/Position Introduction



As a trainer in the Nundah region, you will play a key part in providing additional support to the team in the successful delivery of the SEE program.  

  • Be part of making a difference in your own community 
  • Support and guide students towards employability 
  • Mentor and support students to achieve their individual goals 
  • This is a Casual role only - to cover annual leave or staff absence 


  • Support students through to successful completion of their training and attainment of required outcomes
  • Develop teaching resources that meet training package and contract requirements
  • Deliver a range of curriculum using mandated resources to achieve outcomes for students
  • Conduct and document initial client interviews and pre-training assessments
  • Use effective learning techniques, strategies and resources to meet the challenging needs of various client groups

About you

  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with disadvantaged  learners and non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • Well-developed knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF)
  • Genuine passion to assist others to build opportunities through education
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
  • Qualifications including TAE40110 and upgrades (or TAE40116)
