Your creative spark will see you see you develop and oversee content distributed by the business to the media through a range of channels including direct mail, media releases, speeches, video and other content formats.

You will have the opportunity to oversee all the business  media channels and coordinate media activity. 

Ideally you will have senior experience with external and internal communication strategies, superb copywriting skills and the ability to drive communications broadly across the business. 


The Opportunity: 

  • Strategically plan content to satisfy business objectives, build brand awareness and support opportunities for growth
  • Refine and develop key messaging frameworks for the business and be the guardian of our tone of voice
  • Deliver content in a variety of mediums for a diverse audience including news articles, customer service touch-points, corporate publications
  • Support the Executive team and General Manager with best advice and best practice in relation to external communications
  • Oversee the business's communication channels regarding content and customer engagement

About You: 

  • Proven experience managing social media strategies
  • Extensive experience in copywriting and proofreading and web content management systems
  • Be able to clearly communicate complex concepts to multiple audiences and understand the audience perspective
  • A passionate story teller who can translate information into compelling language
  • You are highly relatable and can easily engage with people and build strong relationships
