Due to internal movement we have a great opportunity available in our Opportunity Pathways team!
The Opportunity Pathways Program is a voluntary program designed for social housing tenants and their household members, approved social housing applicants and clients receiving Rent Choice subsidies who aspire and have the capacity to, with the appropriate support to gain and retain employment.
As an Opportunity Pathways Case Manager you will be responsible for generating new employment opportunities.
You will also be assisting our customers who are not working, who are seeking a job, or who want to work more hours or improve their employment situation.
Use your effective sales and marketing skills to establish and cultivate strong relationships with potential referral agencies for the program, along with identifying potential eligible customers.
