Seeking Expressions of Interest (either full-time or part-time) from Psychologists with provisional/general registration and qualified social workers registered with AASW or eligible for registration with AASW across Australia.    You will proivde therapeutic interventions to a wide variety of clinical presentations.




Our team of allied health professionals comprises Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists. We are located across Australia and positioned to provide clinical health services for a wide range of customers and clients with a variety of disabilities.  If you’re passionate about making a difference to the community and build a flourishing career by delivering clinical interventions, assessments and counselling to a wide range of our clients, come and work for us.



  • Structured induction program with ongoing 1:1 and group clinical support
  • Professional Development (PD) fund from $2300 plus (prorated)
  • Salary increase of 2.5% in July every year for permanent employees who have been with us for a minimum of 3 months.

The opportunity

  • Deliver clinical services through evidence based, individual and group interventions
  • Provide a variety of services including assessments that identify individual strengths, skills, experience and vulnerabilities in employment
  • Gain expertise by working with a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals such as Psychologists, Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Counsellors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in your discipline of either: Psychologist OR Social Worker OR Rehabilitation Counsellor (Masters qualified) OR Counsellor 
  • Provisionally registered Psychologists will require to organise their own external supervisors to meet AHPRA registration requirements
  • Registration / Membership with relevant state or national professional body is essential (i.e. AHPRA / AASW / RCAA / ACA)
  • Clinical counselling experience relevant to employment services is essential
  • Proven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people
  • Solution focused therapeutic approach which links to vocational goals
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration
