    The Employment Outcomes Consultant (Tracker) is responsible for capturing and acting on any issues occurring in the workplace to maximise the opportunity for the worker to achieve 26 weeks employment. This includes contacting workers and employers on a regular basis, combined with obtaining evidence to support employment. Liaising with operational staff and management on progress at all stages, including the need for interventions and assistance to reach long term sustainable employment.


    • Ensure all KPI’s are met including targets, outcomes, claims and all service requirements 
    • Monitor job seeker’s progress on the commencement and duration of employment with a required outcome period
    • Implement intervention strategies when a jobseeker is at risk of losing employment or has lost employment and communicate such information to direct supervisor
    • Interpret and maximise outcomes by working with sites to replace disengaged jobseekers back into appropriate employment
    • Negotiate ETIPS as required to secure or maintain employment opportunities to maximise outcomes
    • Effective utilisation of MAXTRAX , ensuring the agreed contact regime is maintained and monitored closely and systems are kept up to date
    • Maintain systems and statistics relating to the provision of Employment Services 
    • Promote MAX Employment services and maintaining a high profile and professional company image
    • Conduct administrative activities consistent with Employment Services contractual and legislative requirements, and MAX Employment philosophy and quality standards 
    • Participate in professional development and training as required 
    • Involve and participate in MAX Employment meetings and functions as required

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    Key Skills
    The Employment Outcomes Consultant is responsible for ensuring that the following regulations, standards and codes are complied with:

    • ESD5 Contractual requirements including participation reporting as required
    • MAX Employment Responsibilities/Authority Matrix
    • DOE Code of Practice and relevant Service Guarantees
    • DOE Complaints Procedure ECSN Site and associated procedural requirements
    • Appropriate authority regulations
    • Professional and ethical obligations
    • Particular contract guidelines

    Required Experience

    • Experience developing relations with local employers and stakeholders
    • Experience working with the Department of Employment systems such as ESS


    • Cert IV Employment Services

    Additional Factors 

    • Travelling between offices within a region may be a requisite for this position and may periodically involve overnight stays
    • This position may require occasional attendance at meetings or training outside normal business hours
