This position exists to guide both the day to day delivery of services and the strategic planning operation for MAX Training as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The incumbent would assume full accountability for performance, compliance, credibility and the people culture of this function relating directly back to the MAX vision. Additionally, it will hold full accountability to plan and manage revenue, margin and expense to targets. This position is responsible for guiding the culture of MAX Training to be customer focussed and aligned to actively support the organisations strategic outcomes. This will involve developing strong collaborative relationships with external bodies and government departments, to deliver improved business and student outcomes, to grow the RTO and to influence innovation in educational delivery.
