    Overview

    The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing administrative and customer service functions at the site and assisting Employment Consultants and other staff in their day to day and placement related activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Working within the front office
    • Meeting and greeting clients
    • Answering phone calls and responding to all enquiries
    • Assisting staff with key administration tasks as required
    • Assisting Employment Consultants with preparation of resumes

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of Certificate III in Business Administration (Office Administration) or equivalent
    • Industry/Practical experience essential
    • Have a current Working with Children Check (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain


    Key Skills/Attributes:

    • Previous industry experience is highly desirable
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Sound administrative skills
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to connect with people from all walks of life
    • Team driven but able to work autonomously
    • Solid organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Self motivated, competitive with a desire to exceed KPI's
    • Computer skills – Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
