Project/Position Introduction

Proactively support the Training Administration Manager and training operations (including RTO) by providing the general administration and support to the Training Team to ensure training operations comply with contractual requirements, relevant standards and best practice.


Providing the general administration and compliance support to the RTO and training operations. This role will include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring administrative support for all internal and external operations
  • Ensuring compliance of accredited training against state/federal based contracts
  • Coordination and data entry onto Student Management Systems (VETtrak and MAXors)
  • Involvement in the review of policies, procedures, documentation and forms
  • Monitoring, distribution and maintaining resources for all courses and qualifications offered by MAX Solutions Training
  • Supporting MAX Solutions Trainers in the field, including processing of administration, pays and other required documentation
  • Working in conjunction with the Training Administration Manager and Compliance Manager to ensure provision of training and assessment is support by high quality resources that meet the needs of the business, MAX Solutions clients and focus on best practice training delivery 
  • Working in conjunction with the MAX Solutions Training team, including the National Training Manager, Learning and Development Coordinator, Resource Developer on responsibilities and task as directed

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience


  • No formal qualifications are required to hold this qualification but TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Current drivers licence

  • Understanding of requirements of RTO’s and the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations (SNR’s)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to administer and operate AVETMISS Compliance Student Management System (VETtrak) and Internal booking system (MAXors)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills – Word, Excel, Access, Internet & E-mail
